Working hours : Mon to Fri (8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30pm) Working location: Taman Impian Emas, Skudai Johor Bahru : 1) Ensure documents filing in good order. 2) Any other ad-hoc task assigned by superior. 3) To assist in all contractual aspects of the project from pre to post contracts. 4) Oversee projects from the start through to completion, ensuring that work is completed on time and within its budget. 5) Assist in the preparation of tender submission and pre-tender pricing and ensure the quality of the tender is reasonable and acceptable. 6) To carry out and ensure every tender\xe2\x80\x99s quantity are being re-taking off to maximize the accuracy of the tender costing. 7) To carry out and ensure every tender\xe2\x80\x99s quality are up to requirements. 8) To assist in site verifications of deviations. 9) To assist in preparation of contract and submission to relevant authorities. 10) Assist in management of consultants and contractors throughout the whole duration of the project. 11) To carry out and comply to the SOP/requirements across departments for the approval/claims. 12) To carry out the progress claims to be submitted on time and keep monitor of the timeline for certification every month. 13) To carry out all the sub-contractors\xe2\x80\x99 progress claims to be certified and submitted to Management/Directors by stipulated cut off time every month. 14) To assist in preparing and compiling all projects\xe2\x80\x99 profit margin and/or costing/progress every quarter of the year. 15) Cash flow projection, tracking and management, including evaluation of monthly progress payments. 16) To carry out any event of Extension of Time (EOT), Variation Orders (VO) and Final Account (FA) to be submitted/replied/entertained/finalized as per contract/agreement/requirements to the clients/consultants/contractors. Job Requirements: 1) Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree or equivalent. 2) At least 5-8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
