Job Description
- Candidate must have at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
- Proficient in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD)
- Knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation, and project management principles, material budgeting
- Minimum have 5 year(s) working experience as Quantity Surveyor
- Major in Construction Field
- To responsible in preparing BQ (Bill of quantities), project tender, PRF (Project Request Form), Cost and Budget
- To advise suitable and effective strategies, skills and methods in tender pricing.
- To monitor all variation orders are well recorded and claimed.
- To verify, cost-control of all suppliers, sub-contractors, workers etc, including project claims and expenses within the budget.
- To prepare pre and post project budgets, progress claims and cross check sub contractor claims
- To ensure every progress claim, certifications, invoices to clients are issued on timely basis.
- To monitor all contractual record with clients and suppliers are comply as to always protect the company interest.
- To source, negotiate and co-ordinate between supplies, sub-contractors, manufacturers, and vendors, and related party
