Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin.
• (2 Vacancies) Junior & Executive Level - Openings available for both Junior Quantity Surveyor (min. 2 years experience) and Quantity Surveyor Executive (more experience preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction projects, preferably infrastructure-related (roads, bridges, drainage, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract administration, and project financial control.
• Proficiency in costing software (Glodon, CostX, AutoCAD, or similar).
• Excellent Analytical, Problem-solving, and Negotiation skills.
• Strong Attention to detail and Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Position for (Junior/Executive).
• Location: Subang Jaya

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for infrastructure projects.
• Conduct tender evaluations, contract negotiations, and vendor assessments.
• Monitor project costs to ensure budget compliance and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure material procurement and subcontractor costs align with financial plans.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and legal requirements in project execution.
• Assist in progress claims, variation orders, and final account settlements.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BQ), material specifications, and cost analysis reports.
