Job Description

Salary: MYR 4,500 - MYR 7,500 Per Month

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor

Type: Full Time

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in construction, interior fit-out, or related industries, with at least 3 years in a pre/post contract role.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, or Construction-related fields.

Skilled in using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or BIM software (Revit, Navisworks).

Familiar with PAM, FIDIC Contract, and other standard forms of Construction Contracts.

High level of discipline, integrity, and accountability, with familiarity with ISO procedures.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to meeting deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and lead a team.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin preferred but not required).

Responsibilities:

Prepare and compile tender documents, review contracts, and manage the tender submission process.

Negotiate with material suppliers and subcontractors.

Assist in determining the final project budget and monitor project costs.

Carry out site valuations and process interim progress claims.

Prepare regular cost analysis and cost reduction strategies.

Provide support on contractual and commercial issues to site teams.

Prepare final accounts upon project completion.
