Key Responsibilities



Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation for construction projects. Evaluate subcontractor quotations, prepare comparison sheets, and assist in award recommendations. Monitor project costs, variations, and progress claims. Handle contract administration, including VO submission, site valuation, and certification. Conduct site measurement, cost verification, and ensure proper documentation. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure accurate cost control. Assist in final accounts preparation and project closing documentation.

Requirements



Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent. 3 to 5 years of working experience in civil & structural construction (building or infrastructure). Strong understanding of contractual terms, construction methodologies, and cost management. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, QS measurement software, and contract documentation. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with project teams.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
