- Minimum [X] years of experience in renovation, construction, or interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and procurement.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) and tender documents for subcontractors.
- Evaluate and certify subcontractor claims, variations, and progress payments.
- Prepare final accounts and project cost reports.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities for future projects.
