Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of estimates, bills of quantities, tender document, interim valuations, variations, and final accounts. Evaluate claims submitted by the Contractor. To provide efficient, accurate and timely costing to the management.

Requirements:

A least a Diploma or Degree holder in quantity surveying or relevant field.

Preferably fresh graduate or One years or more of working experience involving quantity surveying work. (Construction)

Familiar with

Glodon Software

,

AutoCAD

,

Microsoft Office

, etc. Willing to learn. Proper guidance and training will be provided to you to carry out your work. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to communicate effectively with diverse counterparts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
