1) Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of
quantities, quotations and other documents.
2) Agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors
who work on the construction of the project
3) Forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the
project
4) Track changes to the design and/or construction work and
adjust budget projections accordingly
5) Monitor and control costs throughout the project.
6) Value the work done on site and arrange payments for
subcontractors
7) Run cost analyses for ongoing repair and maintenance
work.
8) Liaise with the client and other construction professionals,
