Key Responsibilities

Cost Estimation and Budgeting:

Develop detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment, and prepare project budgets.

Financial Management:

Monitor and control project costs, manage budgets, and oversee financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Contract Management:

Prepare tender documents, negotiate and manage contracts with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.

Procurement:

Source and manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.

Risk Assessment:

Identify and assess commercial, financial, and construction-related risks, and advise on mitigation strategies.

Project Liaison:

Act as a key point of contact, working closely with clients, architects, engineers, project managers, and site teams.

On-Site Activities:

Visit construction sites, measure and value completed work, and ensure adherence to legal and quality standards.
