Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cost Estimation & Budgeting

Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities (BOQ) based on drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

2. Tendering & Procurement

Prepare tender and contract documents, including quantities, specifications, and conditions. Evaluate contractor quotations and prepare tender reports. Negotiate and manage procurement processes with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.

3. Contract Management

Administer contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent. Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in quantity surveying, preferably in construction or government and private project
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
