We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) who specializes in Mechanical Ventilation (MV) System for commercial and industrial projects.
You will be responsible for handling tender preparation, cost estimation, and project cost control related to ventilation system works.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review tender documents, BQ, and cost breakdown for ventilation system projects.
Evaluate material take-off, supplier quotations, and subcontractor pricing.
Liaise with engineers and clients to ensure accurate technical and financial documentation.
Assist management in project cost monitoring and variation order evaluation.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in ventilation system (MV) tendering or project costing.
Proficient in reading mechanical drawings and BQ preparation.
Able to work independently and meet tender deadlines
