Job Description
- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- Proven 1 years work experience or any department in the construction company
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Strong leadership qualities
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work for long hours/flexible working hours
- Detail-oriented and a team player
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
- Measurement of construction works
- Preparation of Bills of Quantities
- Preparation of Progress Claim
- Valuation of Variation Order
- Knowledge and able to interpret Construction Contracts
- Valuation of Claims
- Preparation of Cash Flow
- Will be able to Estimate Project Budget
- Experience in Tendering Process
- Experience working in Infrawork construction company is an added advantage
