Minimum Academic Qualification

Possess Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or any related field

Years of Related Working Experience:

5- 10 years of experience

Skills & Experience :

Exposure in contract and build up price Experience and exposure in preparing Bill of Quantity and build up cost and contractual matters Experience in Building & Infra Marine works experience will be an advantage Experience in preparing proposal & claims Good communication skills and well versed in both English and Bahasa Malaysia Able to liaise with government, clients, consultants and sub-contractors. Able to implement and maintain ISO 9001 standards throughout project duration Independent, resourceful and pro-active Computer literate I.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. Result-oriented and aggressive in meeting deadlines Able to work under pressure

Pre-Tender Stage: To prepare preliminary costing, built-up rates, tender document, Condition of Contract, Schedule, Bill of Quantities, Cost Estimate, evaluation, financial control and negotiation. Construction Stage: To check Tender Bonds and Deposits, Insurances, Advance Payment Bond, delegation of powers, administration of variation orders, management of Contractor's claims and payments, checking and verification of final account, managing the issuance of all contractual certificates, monitoring of project budget and management of construction cost. Prepare and write report. Ensure all reports produced as per documented quality procedures.
