You will be responsible for supporting the cost and commercial management of construction projects from start to finish, including cost planning, budgeting, tendering, and project monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Taking-off quantities
from drawings and specifications accurately.
Building up unit rates
for pricing and cost estimation.
Preparing cost
budgets
,
bills of quantities
, and cost plans.
Assisting in the
tendering process
, including issuing and evaluating subcontractor quotations.
Monitoring project costs
, variations, and budgets during construction.
Liaising with project teams to ensure accurate cost control and forecasting.
Preparing interim valuations and final accounts.
Supporting the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and client use.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
1-2 years of relevant working experience in the construction or QS field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Working Hour:
Monday - Friday : 8.00 am - 5.00 pm
Saturday : 8.00am - 1.00pm
