Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ID Fit-Out, Architecture, and Builder works
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project)
• Strong understanding of contract administration, cost control, and construction workflows

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender documents, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for ID Fit-Out and architectural scopes.
• Conduct site measurements, verify progress claims, and manage final accounts.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, ensuring alignment with project specifications and budgets.
• Monitor and control project costs, track variations, and provide timely financial reports.
• Administer pre- and post-contract activities, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Project Management, Procurement) to ensure seamless execution.
• Provide value engineering insights to optimize design and cost efficiency.
• Support scheduling and resource planning in coordination with the Project Management Office.
• Maintain documentation and records in accordance with ISO and internal audit requirements.
