Kelayakan

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
3-5 years of hands-on experience in ID Fit-Out, Architecture, and Builder works
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project)
Strong understanding of contract administration, cost control, and construction workflows

Tanggungjawab

Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender documents, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for ID Fit-Out and architectural scopes.
Conduct site measurements, verify progress claims, and manage final accounts.
Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, ensuring alignment with project specifications and budgets.
Monitor and control project costs, track variations, and provide timely financial reports.
Administer pre- and post-contract activities, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Project Management, Procurement) to ensure seamless execution.
Provide value engineering insights to optimize design and cost efficiency.
Support scheduling and resource planning in coordination with the Project Management Office.
Maintain documentation and records in accordance with ISO and internal audit requirements.
