Job Role: Area Sales Manager
Responsibilities
? Achieve growth and hit sales targets by selling company pharmaceutical
products and meeting customer needs.
? Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
? Services existing accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accounts by
organizing daily work schedule to call on potential clinics/doctors.
? Provide training to clinic staffs and runs promotional events in hospital /clinics.
? Work with sales team to ensure marketing plans are translated to action and
result.
? Submit daily call plan, sales, pipeline reports.
? Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's
customer base and ensure it's strong presence
? Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering
with them and understanding their needs
? Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the
management team
? Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new
products and competition status
Requirements
? At least 2 years works experience in medical sales industry
? Possess strong network of Aesthetics clinic, Plastic surgeon, Dermatologist.
? Highly Motivated.
? Good command of English and Mandarin.
? Good negotiation and sales skill
