To assist in supervise the entire team of the Branch consists of Customers Service, Installation and Warehousing Department in ensuring smooth operations of the branch at all time.

To plan and liaise with sub-contractors in order to improve cost effectiveness and quality of the installation services provided to Customers.

To ensure all transactions of installations, receiving and issuing of goods are updated on time.

To maintain high level of safety and housekeeping.

To liaise or coordinate with HQ for any operations functions as and when deemed necessary.

To maintain and prepare all related reports and perform detailed analysis for improvement.

To be responsible for any other assignments related to Branch as well as to support HQ with any other projects so assigned.

Requirements:



Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Awareness of ISO - Quality Management System.

At least 5 years of working experience in similar field with strong leadership & communication skill and ability to manage sub-contractors.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Conversant in both spoken and written of Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Independent and result oriented with good interpersonal skill and ability to work with all levels.

Willing to travel between branches as and when necessary.
