Position: Finance Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance and accounting functions of the organization. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with strong knowledge in corporate finance, compliance, and IPO-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of finance and accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and relevant accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS). Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and management reports for senior management and stakeholders. Drive financial planning and analysis to support business strategies and decision-making. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and regulatory authorities. Provide guidance on corporate exercises, funding strategies, and investment planning. Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement of processes. Work closely with senior leadership and external advisors in preparation for IPO and related corporate exercises. Develop and maintain effective internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.

Requirements:

Professional qualification (Chartered Accountant, ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or equivalent) with membership in a recognized accounting body. Minimum 8 years of working experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. Strong knowledge in corporate finance, regulatory requirements, and IPO processes. Hands-on experience in financial reporting, tax planning, and audit. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
