Salary: From RM2,000 + KPI Incentives

2 Rotation Shift (7am to 10pm)

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our digital wallet customer service team. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their digital wallet accounts via email, live chat, and phone. Your role is to provide timely, professional, and accurate support to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and smooth resolution of queries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and phone channels.

- Assist customers with account issues, transaction disputes, payment processes, and technical troubleshooting related to digital wallets.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the system.

- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.

- Provide clear and concise information on product features, policies, and procedures.

- Meet or exceed KPI targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.

- Participate actively in continuous training and team meetings to enhance service quality.

Candidate Requirements:

- Languages: Proficient in English and Malay with at least CEFR Level B2 for speaking, reading, and writing.

- Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude.

- Education: Minimum SPM qualification; school leavers are encouraged to apply.

- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.

- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software and tools quickly.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
