As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring that all inquiries, bookings, and concerns are handled with professionalism and a personal touch. Your goal is to provide excellent service that enhances the guest experience from the first message to the final farewell.
(Key Responsibilities):
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via email, messaging apps, and phone.
Manage bookings, cancellations, and guest communications on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Agoda.
Provide detailed information about the homestay, local attractions, and cultural experiences.
Handle guest check-in/check-out procedures at reception .
Resolve guest issues or concerns efficiently and courteously.
Maintain updated records of reservations and guest feedback.
Collaborate with housekeeping, maintainance and management to ensure guest satisfaction
Job Requirement:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in English and Malay; Chinese speaker are a plus.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with guests.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Age: 20 - 30 Years Old
