BHD. seeks a R & D AND ENGINEERING SENIOR ADVISOR to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting our company\xe2\x80\x99s development. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working closely with the R&D team to create functional design concepts, test existing designs, and oversee the implementation of development projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead an R&D team to conduct research on company products and production processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Spearheading the redesign of existing products. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide technical leadership, R & D of products and production process, support & innovation in developing strategies to optimize product quality, cost & manufacturing process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Modify existing robotic systems in factories to improve processes production and increase the production rate. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain quality products that meet the standards and specifications set by customers and high productivity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct research to reduce product rejects and control levels possible risks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Meeting with business management, marketing, and the R&D team to discuss product ideas. \xe2\x80\xa2 Redesigning existing products to enhance functionality or reduce costs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Testing prototype products for functionality, ease-of-use, and longevity.
