Requirements

• Degree or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required, with process & equipment background
• Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English

Responsibilities

• Design and improve products-from concept to production.
• Test prototypes in the lab and refine for performance/cost.
• Research and select materials/suppliers for quality and efficiency.
• Occasionally join sales teams for customer feedback or field tests.
• Prepare ISO documentation, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and GHS labels.
• Communicate product hazards to production teams.
• Mostly lab-based (testing, prototyping) with rare travel (suppliers/customers).
