About the Role

We're seeking a practical, detail-oriented person who takes pride in consistently delivering quality work, without needing loud recognition.

This role blends technical expertise with customer engagement (leads nurturing), including site visits, solution recommendations, troubleshooting, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Nurture sales leads through regular follow-up
Assist customers in selecting suitable door systems
Conduct site assessments and support installations
Provide technical advice and troubleshooting
Collaborate with installation and support teams
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering
Diploma or technical certification from vocational schools / polytechnic will also be considered
2-3 years experience in technical sales or field support, or fresh graduates from recognized universities
Proactive, open to learning, clear communicator Calm under pressure, humble, and honest
Knowledge of mechanical and automation systems; HVAC or factory experience is a plus
