Job Outcome Description

-Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports.

-Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

-Accounts Management: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments and collections.

-Familiar in SQL accounting software is an added advantage.

-Filling for all accounting documents as assigned.

-Meet KPI as assigned.

-To assist in school events if necessary.

Requirement

-Educational Background: A LCCI/CAT/diploma/degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is typically required.

-Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply; Those with 1~2 years relevant working experience will be added advantage.

-Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with financial software, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools. -Proficiency in using tools like Microsoft Excel and financial management software.

-Problem-Solving: Ability to identify financial challenges, propose solutions, and make recommendations for improved financial performance.

-Ethical Standards: Adherence to ethical practices and integrity in handling financial information and transactions.

-Collaboration: Work well within cross-functional teams, collaborating with colleagues from different departments to achieve financial goals.
