Job Responsibilities
-Oversee HR modules including recruitment, compensation, employee relations and training
-Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, handle employee issues and emergencies
-Maintain internal and external communication, manage sensitive information and support business needs
Requirement
-Bachelor of degree or above. 1-3 years of HR experience
-Familiar with HR modules and Malaysian labor laws, proficient in office software.
-Fluent in Chinese, English and Malay.Good at communication, detail oriented and ethical
