-Develop students' skills in critical analysis, evidence-based reasoning, and reflective thinking.
-Support students in articulating personal viewpoints through written reports, presentations, and multimedia formats.
-Assess student work according to curriculum standards and provide constructive feedback to support growth.
-Collaborate with colleagues to design cross-curricular learning opportunities that integrate global awareness across subjects.
-Stay informed of current global events, sustainability trends, and international developments to enhance lesson relevance.
-Actively participate in departmental meetings, professional development, school events, and parent-teacher conferences.
-Use digital learning tools effectively to facilitate interactive lessons and research-based projects.
Requirement
-Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Studies, Global Studies, International Relations, Political Science, or a related field.
-Teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent) preferred.
-Experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE Global Perspectives or a similar curriculum is highly desirable.
-Strong research, communication, and analytical skills.
-Passionate about promoting global awareness, intercultural understanding, and independent learning.
-Competent in using technology and digital platforms to enhance teaching and student engagement.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset in a diverse, international environment.
