Manage and maintain the calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports; ensure the executive is well-prepared for all engagements.
Attend internal meetings, take detailed minutes, and track action items for timely follow-up and completion.
Handle and manage confidential and sensitive documents with discretion and professionalism.
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure quick and easy access to information.
Monitor employee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), compile performance reports, and assist in HR-related administrative duties.
Track deadlines, approvals, and project status updates to support executive decision-making.
Liaise with internal departments and coordinate internal communications and ensure the smooth flow of information across departments.
Support the GM or executive with professional ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirement
- Degree in secretarial studies / business admin
- Strong organization and time management
- High attention to detail
- Minimum 1 year working experience
- Possess good organizational, administrative and writing in skill
- Fluent in spoken & written in English and Malay
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and able to work independently with great initiative and a high level of confidently and trust
- Able to perform in high pressure environment to meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint
Experience: more than 2 years
Monthly Salary : RM 4,000 to RM 5,000
Performance Bonus: Twice Per year
