-Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE Physics curriculum.
-Teach principles of mechanics, waves, electricity, magnetism, thermal physics, and modern physics.
-Conduct hands-on experiments and simulations to help students visualize and apply physical laws.
-Assess and record student progress through written tests, practical work, and project-based assessments.
-Promote inquiry-based learning and develop students' critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
-Utilize educational technology and data tools to enhance teaching and assessment.
-Collaborate with colleagues to maintain coherence across the Science Department.
-Participate actively in professional learning sessions and co-curricular activities.
Requirement
-Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Applied Physics, or Science Education.
-Teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent) preferred.
-Minimum 3-5 years teaching experience in an international curriculum (Cambridge IGCSE preferred).
-Demonstrated ability to simplify complex physical concepts for learners.
-Technologically savvy and confident in using digital simulations and lab software.
-Committed to fostering excellence and resilience in students.
