Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Proactively develop new market and expand market coverage

2. Maintain strategic relationships and service developed customer base

3. Manage and maintain distributor and agent's relationship

4. Prepare sales analysis report, monthly & weekly sales report

5. Negotiating contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs

6. Prepare quotations and administering customer accounts

7. Follow-up on sales call reports, sample requests, customer projects and other requests from customers

8. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services

9. Initiate technical testing and product optimization proposals for specific customer projects and to support the needs of customers and new business opportunities

10. Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects

11. Develop and execute sales plan/territory and customers coverage plan to achieve sales volume goals and sales growth targets

12. Support Regional Commercial Manager in sales budgeting and pricing issues

13. Assist in creating and developing an industry knowledge base

14. Frequent business travel to meet with customers

Requirements

1. Recognized Diploma/Degree holder

2. Relevant working experience and familiar with Malaysia Electronic Market or Surface Mount Technology (SMT) or wave-soldering processes will be an added advantage

3. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, good negotiation skills

4. Good communication & presentation skills to create good presentations

5. Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment

6. Own transport and willing to travel local / oversea as required (50% travelling)
