-Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to drive market growth, customer acquisition, and business expansion.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities, key accounts, and strategic partnerships.
-Develop and execute sales strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market plans in alignment with corporate objectives.
-Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with key decisionmakers to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
-Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to the management team.
-Oversee the complete sales cycle, including contract negotiation, order coordination, delivery planning, and timely collection.
-Ensure accurate reporting and maintenance of customer records, sales pipeline, and business performance updates for management review.
-Uphold company policies, compliance standards, and ISO requirements in daily operations.
Requirements
-Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Chemistry, or a related field.
-Minimum 8 years of relevant sales or business development experience, preferably in B2B or chemical/industrial supply sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
-Proven ability to lead a sales team and deliver measurable business results.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Proficiency in Mandarin or other dialects is an added advantage.
-Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and the ambition to grow.
Independent, resourceful, and willing to travel within Peninsular Malaysia (up to 50% travel requirement).
