The ideal candidate is both a
strategic marketer and hands-on content creator
-- comfortable planning campaigns, writing persuasive copy, designing graphics in Canva, and editing engaging short-form videos in tools like CapCut.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
Develop a
comprehensive content calendar
aligned with business goals, audience insights, and industry trends.
Create compelling and educational content (posts, carousels, reels, videos, blogs, LinkedIn articles) that resonate with sales professionals, consultants, and entrepreneurs.
Apply
storytelling, sales psychology, and thought-leadership approaches
to craft persuasive hooks, captions, CTAs, and long-form content that drive engagement and conversions.
Produce
visually appealing content
-- graphics, short-form videos, infographics -- with a strong focus on engagement and lead generation.
Publish a minimum of
5 posts per week
across relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, etc.).
Performance & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report
monthly KPIs
including:
Social media growth (followers, engagement, reach)
Lead generation (quality of inquiries, conversions to discovery calls or sales)
Engagement rates (shares, saves, comments, average watch time)
Benchmark against competitors to identify gaps and opportunities.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve results.
Collaboration
Work closely with Sales Coach to ensure messaging aligns with brand positioning and educational goals.
Support Immigration marketing team
(Adhoc)
Media Buying & Paid Advertising (Adhoc)
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram etc.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, hooks, and CTAs to maximize conversions.
Monitor ad performance, track cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Manage advertising budgets and ensure campaigns align with business goals.
Report key insights and recommend strategies to improve ad effectiveness.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
in social media marketing, ideally for
coaches, consultants, or education-based businesses
.
Chinese with strong written English skills
-- able to write in a clear, inspiring, and persuasive style.
Proven
portfolio
showcasing social media content (posts, videos, campaigns), preferably in coaching or consulting.
Ability to craft
compelling ad copy
and collaborate on creative assets (graphics and short-form video).
Proficiency in
graphic design tools (Canva)
and
video editing software (CapCut)
for short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
Strong knowledge of
social media platforms, algorithms, and content best practices
across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
Strong
analytical skills
with the ability to track KPIs and make
data-driven optimization decisions

Independent,
highly organized
