:Details of the Division and Team:Deutsche Trustees Malaysia provides trustee and fund accounting services for collective investment schemes. Relationship and Transaction Management is a client facing team dedicated to handle fund related documentation matters and client queries. The team is committed to offer efficient service delivery and consistency in service standards to the clients.The successful candidate will be mainly responsible to ensure the funds\xe2\x80\x99 related documents are in line with local regulations that applicable to trustee role for collective investment schemes. That\xe2\x80\x99s why we are committed to providing an environment with your development and wellbeing at its center.You can expect:Flexible work arrangementCorporate group insuranceEAP \xe2\x80\x93 free and confidential counseling, online work-life resourcesComprehensive leave benefitsYour key responsibilities:Assist Sales team in preparing sales pitch documents and completion of Request for Proposal/Request for Information from potential and existing clients by coordinating with the relevant internal departments for information/approval, if required.Liaise with potential or existing clients for KYC documents including documents required for new fund onboarding; review completeness of KYC documents for new client/fund adoption before forwarding to KYC Operations. Liaise with clients for any additional information or clarification required for the onboarding process and ensure the onboarding is completed in a timely manner.Prepare escalation forms and liaise with local AFC for approval in the case of any PCR hit on the clients or sub-accounts opening.Negotiate and finalize legal documents that need to be executed between DB and the clients.Review fund reports in accordance with the deed and prospectus.Prepare application documents for submission to the Securities Commission Malaysia.Safekeep, log and maintain original documents (deed, any other agreements, fee schedule etc.) and upload soft copies into the shared drive for sharing accessibility.Update fund\xe2\x80\x99s investment limits for investment limit monitoring.Handle client\xe2\x80\x99s request to update authorised signatories, call back list and authorised email addresses and request the necessary documents from the clients. Submit the required documents to KYC Operations and follow through till completion.Handle dbdi user updates from clients, arrange for the relevant documents to be executed for the set-up and follow through till completion.Complete due diligence questionnaires received from clients accurately and in a timely manner and handle any follow-up queries through co-ordination with the relevant internal teams.Receive and address day to day client queries and issues within the agreed turnaround time.Handle any product-related and market advocacy-related inquiries through coordination with Business Solution team.Organise regular meetings with clients to gather feedback on DB\xe2\x80\x99s service standards.Prepare and submit regulatory reporting.Responsible to ensure client is fully exited and evidenced i.e. completion of account closure in the internal system and depositories as well as deactivation in CLM system in the case of offboarding.Prepare and provide MIS reports where required.Your skills and experience:Minimum 2-3 years working experience with a recognized degree (preferably with legal background)Good understanding of the capital markets industry with prior experience in legal/compliance/customer service.Prior experience in fund management/unit trust management operations is an advantageExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to manage client expectations, ensuring they feel valuedStrong attention to details and organization skillsAbility to work well in a teamHow we\xe2\x80\x99ll support you:Flexible working to assist you balance your personal prioritiesCoaching and support from experts in your teamA culture of continuous learning to aid progressionA range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needsTraining and development to help you excel in your careerAbout us and our teams:Deutsche Bank is the leading German bank with strong European roots and a global network. to see what we do.Deutsche Bank & DiversityWe strive for a in which we are empowered to excel together every day.
