Job Description

The R2R Specialist is accountable for ensuring the delivery of compliant management and statutory accounts on time and in full for all entities of the cluster. He/she will be accountable for the delivery of all (Greater China portfolio) financial reporting are submitted on time and in full (management and statutory). He/she provides all accounting information necessary for local regulations (i.e. tax and legal requirement) and supports GL & Reporting team lead to develop strong competencies to ensure excellence in execution and service level.

Objectives of the role:

• Deliver the General Accounting/reporting activities performed in their cluster are compliant with the Group core model and with the local rules
• Assist team lead to execute the closing options validated by the FBS Finance Director
• Deliver the management and statutory accounts of all CBUs on time, and fully compliant with the group rules or local GAAP.
• Ensure that the monthly reporting and bi-annual consolidation packages are reviewed and validated by the CBS and CBU Finance Directors before submission
• Provide all necessary support to the GL & Reporting team lead to ensure that all reported financial information is correct
• Perform integrity checks of interfaces fueling the accounting system, and follow up resolution of issues
• Perform local GAAP watch for in charge CBU
• Perform effective internal control system in the accounting and closing process in place

Requirement:

• Education: Bachelor Degree, majoring in Accounting, Finance or Business
• Experience (in years): At least 4 years in accounting or reporting related function for multi-national companies
• SAP experience is preferred
• Good command of oral and written in Mandarin. The role will be servicing the Greater China portfolio
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
