Job Description


Secure business against financial and operational risks by establishing strong cash, liquidity and debt management processes.

  • Report to R2R-Treasury Director, responsible for treasury activities in ASPAME
  • Support the delivery of Treasury strategy and uphold business strategic initiatives
  • Provide guidance to local finance teams on all matters related to the treasury in accordance with group policies
  • Partner effectively across functional teams to drive key Treasury initiatives and cross-functional projects involving Treasury
  • Monitor/forecasted and actual short/mid-term treasury position
  • Lead IS projects to optimize cash management processes and tools
  • Finance companies through adequate bank credit lines, intercompany loans, capital injection, dividend planning, excess cash management and alternative financing schemes (supplier confirming, factoring, leasing)
  • Forecast and manage companies short/mid-term Net Debt level
  • Forecast and optimize companies\' Financial result
  • Manage surplus cash through adequate placement strategy
  • Secure Foreign Exchange risk of the companies via;
  • analysis and forecast of the forex exposure
  • implementation of FX hedging in line with Group policy
  • Monthly/quarterly review of the hedging effectiveness
  • Manage counterparty risk through bank guarantees, letter of credit or other risk management tools
  • Ensure application of the Group Financial policies
  • Manage bank relationships at local level. Ensure proper allocation of the treasury flows between core banks
  • Ensure regular Treasury reporting
  • Manage ad-hoc Treasury projects
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or related professional qualification
  • A minimum of 7 years related work experience
  • Experience in Kyriba, CitiDirect, Bloomberg, SAP and/or Magnitude will be a plus
  • Excellent communicator at all levels internally & externally with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to create and build a sustainable network internally & externally with all stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and possesses strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Effective in time management and planning skills
  • Proactive, takes initiative and able to multitask

  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin
