Duties and responsibilities:
1) Carry out X-ray procedures as assigned includes general x-ray, fluoroscopy procedure, portable x-rays, CT scan, mammography, MRI and on-call duties.
2) Assess patients and their clinical requirements to determine appropriate radiographic techniques.
3) Record imaging identification and patient documentation accurately and efficiently and observe protocols to ensure compliance with the data protection act and petient confidentiality.
4) Ensure the equipment is regularly checked for malfunction and any faults are reported.
5) Obtain patient consent for special procedures.
6) In OT, keep the image intensifying clean and in proper place after every use
