1.1 To carry out imaging procedures as assigned such as General X ray including Mobile X ray. 1.2 To produce radiograph of optimal diagnostic quality 1.3 To minimize wastage of x-ray films, CD, envelopes, and all relevant resources. 1.4 To assist the doctor in performing procedures, examination as and when necessary. 1.5 To extend quality patient related services and exercise proper patient care. 1.6 To explain and ensure patient understands the nature of the procedures. 1.7 To inform the patient accordingly on delays in any radiology procedures. 1.8 To check patient\xe2\x80\x99s particulars with the request form and ensure correct procedures are carried out for the right patient. 1.9 To ensure that patients are properly prepared before special procedures. 1.10 To ensure equipment\xe2\x80\x99s are functioning properly. 1.11 To operate the equipment\xe2\x80\x99s in a manner that is suitable to its operating procedures. 1.12 To report any malfunction or breakdown of equipment as soon as possible to the management. 1.13 Ensure safety guidelines are always adhered at the clinic. 1.14 Maintain the medical log record book and disposable items at the clinic. 1.15 Prepared technical support for medical equipment when required. 1.16 Follows relevant scientific and technical developments. 1.17 Updating all medical equipment usage and ensure machine maintenance date (Planned Preventive Maintenance). 1.18 Maintain and update emergency trolleys, defibrillators machine, medical refrigerators, and emergency equipment. 1.19 Ensure patient records are updated in the computer system. 1.20 Ad-hoc matters when is required by management. 1.21 To ensure equipment\xe2\x80\x99s are functioning properly. 1.22 Perform frontline operations that includes registration/appointment scheduling, referral booking, dispense medicine and cashiering. 1.23 Answers telephone calls and directs calls to consultant when necessary. 1.24 Preparing patient files by obtaining personal and health information. 1.25 Prepare examination rooms for patient treatment by sterilizing medical equipment and sanitizing designated areas. 1.26 Orders and maintains inventories of supplies, as required to support day-to-day clinical and administrative operations. 1.27 Measure weight, height, taking urinary test and vital signs patient. 1.28 Prepare and update patient laboratory test results. 1.29 Collect, receive, label and/or analyze samples or materials using appropriate test equipment as required. This includes the use of medical equipment: i. X-ray Examination ii. Audiometric Examination iii. Spirometry Test iv. ECG Examination \xe2\x80\x9cStress Test\xe2\x80\x9d v. \xe2\x80\x9cBioelectric Impedance Analysis\xe2\x80\x9d Examination vi. Blood Test: FBC Machine, Biochemistry, DXT 1.30 Design and perform laboratory tests in according to standard test procedure, record observation and interpret findings. Ensure that delivery records to the laboratory are monitored and in accordance with the laboratory invoice. 1.31 Record all laboratory data and test results accurately in specified format (written and/or electronic). Conduct regularly QC checks for laboratory machine. 1.32 Organize and store all chemicals products, liquid, and compressed gases in accordance with safety guidelines.
