Job Summary



Responsible the clerical and porter work in the department, including managing the front counter activities as well as typing the reports. Ensure the department meets or exceeds it objectives, and the mission, policies, objectives, and core values of the Company.

Key Roles



Open and close counter timely Register patient, enter charges, finalize bill, collect payment and generate deposit collection receipt correctly. Perform manually when hospital information system is down, inform the customers that there will be a delay. Proper compilation of bills generated together with their order entry form. Attend to customer's enquiries and provide relevant information in a friendly manner. Release X-Ray film with report to patient. Communicate with relevant unit/ward to take back their patient. Manage and send X-Ray reports when required.

Qualification and Requirement



Minimum SPM and above Have good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Have experience working in healthcare industry will be advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
