-Account Payable and Receivable
-Prepare monthly reports
-Monitoring on the overdur or outstanding payment due from debtors
-Cheque preparation and online banking transaction
-Maintain an effective filing system
-Data entry task for all revenue and expenses
-Correspondence to external suppliers and customers on documentation queries
-Assist in office general admin and operations
-Arrangement for company events and activities when necessary
-Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient and resolve administrative problem
-Maintain employee profile and up to date leave records
-Payroll and benefits administration
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma
-Required skills:MS Office, Excel
-Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
-Required language:Mandarin,English, Bahasa Malaysia
-Able to interact with people at all levels
-Able to start work as soon as possible
