The Work: You use your financial expertise and insights to guide key decision makers on rate card pricing. You play a key role in ensuring Accenture offers deals that are attractive to customers, and profitable to the business, by: Implementing effective rate card commercial strategies Ensuring standard rates are market relevant to achieve target sales Recognizing situations in which rate cards should not be used and advising sales leaders/teams on more appropriate strategies Helping sales teams/leaders understand client requirements and selection criteria Educating sales and pricing teams on market context to give them confidence in our pricing approach Coaching sales teams on negotiation and joining negotiations if needed Overseeing price positioning, financial structuring, deal shaping and qualification activities Working with teams to analyze solutions, develop business cases, and prepare proposals and presentations Continuously developing self and others Setting the standard for pricing excellence and establishing best practices Identifying and applying ways to improve sales tools and processes Here\'s what you need: Undergraduate degree English language fluency (oral and written) A minimum of 8 or more years of experience doing similar work including pricing and commercial strategy development Expert financial acumen and market intelligence Advanced deal shaping and negotiation skills Superior leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Extra credit if you have: Significant pricing experience Previous sales experience Understanding of financial processes and tools You May Also Need: Must support/mirror working hours of the supported market unit or other business area Must be flexible with work hours according to shifting business needs A home office or work area that is suitable for productive remote work, per local guidelines. This includes a safe, ergonomic workspace and a high-speed internet connection that is stable and secure.
