Our client is a well-established brand in the Telecommunications Industry and is now looking for a passionate and driven Rating and Charging - Tech Support to join their team.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Work with the team to support a cloud-native, real-time Online Charging System with extensive rating capabilities.
  • Configure new rate/new charging principle in OCS based on Product Owner (PO) requirement, Design/execute/verify Charging Record for various UAT scenarios with Finance User, and ensure charging accuracy.
  • Degree in Computer Science with more than 6 years of relevant working experience in Information Technology. Working experience in the Telco industry preferred, with in-depth knowledge of OCS embedded within 3GPP policy and charging control architecture.
