Requirements

• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Candidates must possess at least Diploma
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise all raw materials store staff.
• Schedule daily delegation of workload for staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Managing the inventory of all raw materials.
• Maintaining the overall organization of the raw materials store.
• Ensure that the work area is free of safety hazards.
• Ensure all the raw materials are with proper labelling.
• Check the quantity and quality of goods received.
• Report overage, shortage, damages of raw materials.
• Monitoring goods placed at others location & transfer back when necessary.
• Supervise day to day facility inventory and materials distribution.
• Ensure the raw materials transferred to production are according to raw materials picking list.
• Monitor labor hours reporting and make adjustments to staffing as appropriate.
• Monthly stock take arrangement.
• Liaise with production departments for material needs and plan for requirements.
• Keeping the store fully stocked & adjusting inventory levels as necessary.
• Ensuring efficient material handling procedures.
• Generate inventory reports for management review.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials to ensure accuracy and integrity of the inventory system.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize loss or damage of materials.
• Perform regular physical counts of material inventories against system records to maintain accuracy.
• Manage the disposal or scrap materials in accordance.
