ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a driven and solutions focused Account Manager to join our growing team as a key player in identifying client needs, running effective discovery calls, and supporting the full SaaS sales cycle, from hunting new opportunities to farming existing accounts. we work closely with clients across various departments to uncover workflow inefficiencies, process gaps, and collaboration pain points. This role is to deeply understand the business processes and recommend the right monday.com solutions to support their transformation.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Be highly accountable for a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts and become their trusted advisor and influencer.
-Proactively build and identify opportunities for dynamic business growth through business development, product penetration, and professional services.
-Be an expert of monday.com, and capable of deploying its capabilities to overcome clients'
challenges for value creation.
-Hold investigative conversations with clients to understand and solve client business
challenges. This involve collaborating with working level executives and business leaders
to drive change.
-Achieve and exceed company's growth and business targets through the successful
execution of the above.
Job Requirements
o? Preferably ?2-4 years of B2B SaaS sales or tech consulting environment, account management or consulting experience working with large, enterprise-level accounts (> 50-150K ACV)
Possess high level of accountability to own and manage customers and sales cycle
Possess strong presentation and questioning skills
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with strong objection handling skills
Possess initiative and creativity for problem solving
Possess learning ability to be highly proficient with product features and selling points
Ability to understand customer needs and map workflows accurately
