Job Purpose:


To develop, test, and improve paint and aerosol formulations to meet customer and market requirements.

Key Responsibilities:



Formulate new products for aerosol applications. Conduct lab trials, stability studies, and spray evaluations. Finalize formulation composition after lab and pilot trials. Source and qualify new raw materials. Prepare technical data sheets (TDS) and safety documents (SDS) Support production scale-up and troubleshooting. prepare and issue the Bill of Material (formulation component list) with correct raw materials, process sequence, and specifications. (raw material code, % usage, loss %, and batch size). Maintain technical records and revision history.

QUALIFICATIONS:



1. Candidate must possess Degree in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or equivalent.

2. Experience in paint industry or relevant chemical industry is an advantage.

3. Experience and knowledge in QMS ISO9001 and ISO14001 and statistical skills will be added advantage.

4. No Color Blindness.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
