R&d Designer
Job Description
To prepare furniture assembly instructions (AI), BOM and technical drawing.
To be able to use AutoCAD for drafting, while having knowledge in using Inventor, Illustrator and 3D Max would be advantage.
To assist and record during pre-production sample (PPS) review with buyer QC.
To react and suggest solution when encounter product issues.
To propose new product designs.
To coordinate with marketers and sample makers during product development process.
To be able to accomplish task assigned within deadline.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, Interior Design, Product Design, Wood Technology, or a related field.
Experience: With or without experience - candidates with a strong portfolio in furniture design, product development, or 3D modeling are encouraged to apply.
