Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage team on technical aspect in PCB design to meet customer requirement for new product design and development.
Ensuring resources, tools are adequate for new project roadmaps.
Collaborate with internal team and vendor to continue improve design and achieve lower cost PCBA.
Plan and monitoring design / development status closely to meet new product timeline.
Liaise with vendors and a cross-functional team to develop functional working prototype and validation activity.
Involving in design conceptual, design FMEA, selection of debug/ troubleshoot tools, and support on-going product quality improvement.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or any equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate must willing to work at Senai, Johor area.
