Job Description

• To plan and execute improvement, installation and commissioning of new facilities.
• Responsible for building project, lab facility, building & utility maintenance such as plumbing, power & lightings, air-conditioning system maintenance, fire protection system & PA system.
• Initiate and monitor environmental activities for reducing CO2 emissions.
• To monitor expenses are within the approved budgets.
• To ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO45001 requirements for all activities.
• To promote & inculcate Safety & Health, Environmental and quality awareness among the employees.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering with CGPA 3.0/ 2nd upper and above.
• Understanding in facility & management practices.
• Knowledge on Air conditioning, Telecommunication, Electrical, Water & Plumbing and Fire Fighting Equipment.
• Knowledge on SCADA system & PLC system will be advantage.
