- Conducting research projects that lead to new products for hands protection to various markets and potential segments.
- Adapting the learned industrial processes for success stories in new product upscaling and commercial launches.
- Managing materials evaluation and inspection according to set work procedures and international standards.
- Organizing, supporting and sustaining process and yield improvement program.
- Tertiary education in Chemistry, Polymer, Chemical and Materials Engineering disciplines preferred.
- Innovative and analytical thinker.
- Good command in English communication.
- Ability to work independently and within teams.
- Willing to travel within Malaysia.
