Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct rigorous simulations to optimize air conditioning unit performance and select components.
• Collaborate seamlessly across departments to drive product design and development.
• Support industrial engineers to streamline production processes.
• Innovate by introducing new products and enhancing existing ones.
• Research and implement improvements to expand product range and manufacturing methods.
• Foster strong partnerships with distributors and suppliers.
• Design cutting-edge products tailored to current and future market demands.
• Ensure meticulous quality control and timely production schedules.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree or Master\'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university with CGPA 3.0/ 2nd upper and above.
• Understanding of air-conditioning theory and the associated components.
• Experience in project handling will be advantages.
• Candidate must possess good communication and interpersonal skill, decision making, problem solving skill and good project management skills.
