Exciting Career Opportunity: Join Our Testing Team!Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations Lead: Oversee and manage daily operations, set up test equipment, and maintain and upgrade existing test rooms and facilities.
• Collaborate with Designers: Liaise with designers to perform testing, ensuring specifications and standards are met.
• Task Master: Execute and review daily test room operations, including manpower arrangement and handling customer testing requests.
• Innovator: Continuously study and improve test methods and system management.
• Analyst: Interpret results in test reports based on customer requirements and finalize test results for approval.
• Validation Overseer: Supervise the validation work of technicians.
• Troubleshooter: Identify and resolve issues with test units.
• Inspector: Conduct incoming equipment inspections and verify purchased items and services.
• Proficiency Tester: Participate in Proficiency Test (PT) or Inter-Laboratory Comparison (ILC) programs.
• Measurement Expert: Calculate Measurement Uncertainty (MU) and include results in test reports.
• Compliance Champion: Ensure testing is conducted per standard procedures and complies with ISO 17025, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Material Engineering with a CGPA of 3.0/2nd upper and above.
• Mechanical Know-How: Understanding of mechanical functionality, especially in structural or sound, is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Fundamental understanding of mechanical, electrical, and thermodynamics/sound concepts.
• Independent Thinker: Analytical with excellent planning and leadership skills.
• IT Knowledge: Familiarity with IT/Big Data is an added advantage.
